Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

The items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

We will then send you instructions for returning your item. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If your request is approved, you will receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that processing your refund by your bank or credit card provider may take additional time.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at: office@kpdesign.at We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
